First half breast pan fried fresh at camp last night(YUMMY!!) Other half (pic below) goes to Mom!! Didn't see one hunter in 2 days hunting at least 5 square miles of State Forest. Did see quite a few fly fisherman enjoying outdoor activity on the Loyalsock creek between Montoursville & Forksville. BTW all fisherman were socially distanced at least 100-200 yards apart(or more) & hunters likely several miles or more apart!! lol

Just returned from a 6 day fishing/crabbing trip at my VA place and the gobblers were still gobbling like crazy down there!! I heard them when working early morn my boat along some swamply wooded marsh edges. VA's Spring Gobbler Season this year ran Apr. 11-May 16. Thinkin next year may opt for a NR VA License to work-in some Spring Gobbler before PA opens-up. Pretty liberal limits as VA allows one per day, three per license year with just your general license(no addl tags required).

Plan on doing more shooting of my Excal Exocet 200 this summer & in hopes of experiencing the ultimate challenge taking one with archery equipment as you certainly have put a few under your belt!! May poke ya down the road for some pointers.

Thanks Dave!! I really didn't plan to go back to Sullivan County camp searching for No.2 but had some gas line maintenance work to take care of. Nice hen!! I've owned a x-bow since full inclusion but haven't hunted with it yet as it seems fishing been "gobbling" up most of my time. This year I plan to spin-off some away from the water to the woods especially when deer/turkey seasons overlap!!
