beauties! Had the oriole back today eating from the half orange I had put out for him. Still haven't seen a hummer had the feeder out since May 1, cold today and I see some snow coming in the ten day forecast.
Had 4 male grosbeaks at the feeders today some females as well

Couple years ago had an oriole show up while I was at camp, around spring turkey. Only one I've ever seen up there.
Most common birds I see there, are chickadees, swallows, red wing blackbirds and starlings.

Very nice pics. What are the first two birds? #2 an Baltimore Oriole? Here's a few more from this last week. All at our house except the sandhill crane was about a mile away but we heard them calling while we were working in the yard, so we drove to the neighbors to see them. 1. Female rose-breasted grosbeak 2. Sandhill crane 3. Osprey 4. Male purple finch 5. Tree swallow We are still waiting for a variety of warblers and scarlet tanagers and indigo buntings.
