I feel like this was a spawn off another site I was on a while back; I saw this mentioned and came on over. I'm a graybeard by definition. I've been an outdoorsman since I was a BOY in the BSA. I hunt, shoot weapons and build and shoot flintlocks for myself. I've been a participant, coach and official of sports teams and associations from youth to college. I've been a historical reenactor of US History from 1750 F&I through the fur trade era which ended around 19840's. I'm currently a member of the Rangers of the Ohio Company reenactment group based in Washington County, PA. I have been in half the USA states. I've hunted NE, KS, MO, WV, and PA. My physical ailments are minimizing my outings and quality of hunt. I have a grandson that just turned 13 yo and has 2 years participation with local small bore rifle competition club and is having success. He passed his hunter safety exam and received his card. I am a Pittsburgh Pro sports team fan. yeah, all of them. You always take the bad with the good. I grew up in Greensburg, PA; attended college in Fairbury and Crete, NE; was married and lived in Latrobe, PA. In 2012 I moved and then retired in McDonald, PA, where I now live. My stepson graduated from Point park Univ and is an LEO in the Pittsburgh, PA area. My daughter graduated from the Univ of Florida in 1996. She's lived in FL, GA, FL and now GA again. She is the founding owner, CEO and President of Echo Tech Resources Inc based in Longwood, FL.It is a communications systems development company founded in late 2014.
