I eat them. actually i'll breast them and put them in the pan with a little butter a min each side tops.. a little salt and pepper and eat

I knew a man from Denver Pa back in the late 60's that loved to eat them roasted in the oven with the entrails intact and completely un-eviscerated. He ate them on toast. He liked the juice in the toast. It was his favorite game bird. He was a shoe salesman and I remember my dad telling him one day to put some liver into one of his shoes, lace it up and roast it. Would be the same thing.

Liver taste like liver and it’s cheap at the store The only liver I will eat is deer as it’s wonderful. Taste nothing like cow liver.
