Alot of places dont carry black powder because regulations state it must be kept in a fire proof safe with nothin else.

The Gander Mtn.in Washington used to keep it too.They have since closed and the Rural King that is their now don,t carry it.I,m gonna check some shops and see who might else carry it.When I asked Ace a couple months back I,m pretty sure they said it was $25 a lb(can).
