Not even close to being a bow. LOL, you got that right, looks much more like a rifle. And I never ever seen that gizmo in the Olympic archery competition either. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm???

I see limbs, string, and an arrow. I dont see a bullet chamber or a barrel, so I see a bow.

I see limbs, string, and an arrow. I dont see a bullet chamber or a barrel, so I see a bow. I see a stock, forestock, trigger guard, trigger, safety, and a telescopic rifle scope. What I don't see is a bow. I wish you guys would just be honest about what it is, and what it is not.

I warned him about it, and he continued. After a bit, he got a weeks vacation, and has not been back. AGAIN, ITS LEGAL,CASE CLOSED, END OF STORY. WE AINT DEBATING THI ANYMORE, NOR AM I GOING TO ALLOW THE BS.

In typical Dutch fashion, you put words in my mouth and/or try and twist what I said. I didn't question the legality. As a matter of fact there are past posts from me accepting that they are legal. Just because they are legal, it doesn't mean it's a bow. Just because they ar leagal doen't mean I have to change my opinion as to what it is. You're the reason I left last time, you're the reason I'm out of here for good.

So, because you can't accept that and understand the position here, it's MY fault?

A crossbow has diminished my enthusiasm for bowhunting. Cumbersome piece of crap. Heavy. PITA to carry. Awkward in a treestand. Hate the damn things My Parker T/Hawk is nimble well balanced and light and feels great and I,m not a big pro XBOW guy.I just see it as another tool.

I carried one for my son for several years and sat with him in a stand.I never found it heavy or cumbersome. In fact,I never notices a single disadvantage to it.Throw a sling on it and it's not much different than a rifle. Yep.
