Taking photographs was my best hobby. I loved doing it to a point that i put together my own dark rooms ! I still have all my equipment but it has not been used in years ? Digital is ok but the ink is way out of my price range .

Digital is ok but the ink is way out of my price range . No need to print a digital image unless it is super special. Then you take it to Walmart.

I took some photography back in my college days. I hated the dark room work.
My wife and kids got me a fancy camera with a couple lenses for my birthday and told me I'd need one more reason to get out in the woods when I'm retired. To be honest I was happy with the little digital they got me 4 or five years ago(maybe more). I can even take pics underwater with it and it has survived some pretty bad treatment in my pocket and kayak.
One thing I do miss is those handy empty film canisters.
