Ok, I Googled "How to fold up a large swimming pool tarp in a driving windstorm", and came up with ZERO, ZILCH, NADA. There are hundreds of thousands of idiots out there. I KNOW this has been tried before.

I KNOW this has been tried before. Nobody will ever fess up to doing such a thing. And the tiny % that would fess up were taken away on a tarp parachute ride....ending up in North Korea never to be heard from again.

I'm back at work two weeks after tearing my meniscus! They say that's almost unheard of!

I'm back at work two weeks after tearing my meniscus! They say that's almost unheard of! Good news. I like it that you are motivated to get back to work. In my line of work, I see many people that do everything possible to stay off of work.

Take care and be careful It's a partial tear at a part of the meniscus that gets blood flow so it has the ability to heal. Not all of the meniscus does. So I just have to play it safe for awhile and it will fully heal. Right now it's mostly healed

My son had his done on a Tuesday this past March. He was playing left field in baseball ONE week after. The next Tuesday.
I had mind done in 1994. I was on crutches for a solid 10 days, then limping another 10.

I had my torn meniscus fixed ten or twelve years ago. For the past couple years that knee has been given me a lot of trouble and aches almost every minute of the day.

Menisci provide an important function in the knee. Docs are too quick to want to "trim it up" with arthroscopic surgery. Removing part of it, compromises the joint which can accelerate degeneration of the same meniscus, the other one, the condyles of the femur or the tibial plateau. A meniscus that has a large flap that folds onto itself is a problem and needs to be addressed.
