I was out yesterday and ran into a guy who shot a 7 pointer, one in which I had gotten a picture on my trail cam of. I asked him for his email and sent him the pic of it just so he would have it. Thought it might be a cool idea to have a thread of pics that you know the deer was taken by someone. See how it goes!

The first one is the guys 7 pointer and the second one is the one I shot. Guy I work with had him on camera and sent it to me.

I have trail cam pics of at least 3 bucks I've shot and some of other guys bucks. I can't access my photobucket account at work but if I get some time I'll post them. It's pretty cool for sure.

Post them up! Thought this would get more interest then what it's got. I am really addicted to this now that I got one and it will give me more excuses to get up in the woods more often! Probably invest in a second one since I didn't have any pics of buck on my camera until I moved it to the spot I got these guys on. I think I found there routes but it's all at night. I have yet to get a buck on trail cam in the daylight.

Not sure if this boy made the "dead list" or not. He showed up regular on the trail cam before the rifle season, but hasn't shown his face since. Two neighbors took buck, but won't give any details. Hoping he made it through, and we get to see him again next year.

Here is another "disappearing act" buck. Haven't seen hide nor hair of him since rifle season either.

We started off with a Primos and had a ton of pictures all black. Could see eyes, but nothing else. (Was an IR flash). Brother said to get the Cuddeback and don't worry about the flash. Sure enough, the deer could care less about the flash. They walk right up to the cam, and in some cases, we even have pix of them licking it. The neighbor is letting us "use" his Moultrie, but it triggers on anything and everything when the wind blows. Not uncommon to get a few hundred pictures in one windy night. Also, the pix aren't near as clear as what the Cuddeback gives. Only drawback on the Cudde? It doesn't seem to trigger on small game as much as the other two did. Primos used to give pix of squirrels and bunnies, or even possum and coons (when the flash worked). But, we use it mostly for deer, so I'm happy with it. This year, we put it 6 feet from a scrape and got some really nice buck pictures. Total of 6 buck in all. Moved the Moultrie next to it, and put the video on. Got some good footage of buck fighting, but I wish the light went about 5 feet further.....

Here is a 5 point tending the scrape during the 2nd week of rifle season. Since the 8's aren't running him off, either they aren't currently breeding, or...... cry

I have a few Moultries. Some have great pics, the last ones, no so great.
Next cam will be the new Cuddeback for $150. I like that 1/4 second trigger speed.
We have a couple cams out now, hoping to see what is left over for next year. Had a couple of good bucks during the season. Not sure they made it thru.

Bake are those drag marks on your mount? I am just wondering because mine had drag marks from having to drag it a long distance over a mile and the sled came out from under it. The taxidermist said the marks weren't that bad so hope he can do something with it.

I had lots of pics at two different cameras of the buck I shot the first Saturday of rifle this year. Sorry for the poor after shot.

I didn't remember them being there when I got the mount but the taxidermist thought they were from fighting. This mount wasn't bad but I wasn't overly thrilled with it. When I took the first buck I posted from 2011 to a different taxidermist he said the drag marks were pretty bad and they might show up. I had a fairly long drag and mostly down a road, never even thought about drag marks. Fortunately they never showed up on the mount.
